1. Acceptance
By installing and using the Instick Desktop app or interacting with the Instick Discord bot, you agree to these Terms provided by Instick GG SpA. If you don't agree, uninstall the app and, where applicable, remove the bot from your server.
2. Service description
Instick is a coaching tool for competitive teams. The desktop app streams your Valorant window to our vision server to read the scoreboard via server-side computer vision. Voice captured through the app or, depending on the session, the Discord bot is analyzed to produce post-match coaching feedback. Supported titles may expand over time.
3. Eligibility
- You must meet the digital age of consent in your jurisdiction (minimum 16 years, or as locally applicable).
- You must have a valid Instick account. If you choose Discord sign-in, you must have a valid Discord account.
- You must be authorized to install bots in any Discord server where you add Instick.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Instick to record people without their consent.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the app.
- Bypass our authentication or session flow.
- Use Instick to harass or harm other players.
- Resell or redistribute Instick without written permission.
5. Game integration & anti-cheat
Instick reads your Valorant window through OBS and the public Windows capture API and streams it to our server for scoreboard analysis. It is strictly read-only and passive: it does not read or modify game memory, inject code into game processes, hook the renderer, or intercept input. It gives no real-time advantage in a match and is designed to stay on the safe side of anti-cheats. Even so, complying with Riot's terms is the user's responsibility.

6. Intellectual property
The app, bot, brand, and algorithms are owned by Instick. Voice recordings and match data belong to the team that produced them; we hold them only to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Instick is provided "AS IS". Coaching feedback is AI-generated and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or USD 0 for free users).
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes are subject to the courts of Santiago, Chile.
